Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to decide if you’d like to return your item. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (your invoice).

Please note, return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
  • Items returned after the 14-day window.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that meet the above conditions but have minor issues.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
